Late Policy:

There is a 7 minute late policy. If you are going to be more than 7 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule so that we do not run over into the next appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Reschedules should be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Same day reschedules will require a 50% charge of service price. No-call/No shows will be charged at 100% of service price via card on file. If you are a wax pass customer, the reschedule and no-call/no show fees will apply and you will be charged the full price of the service and your wax pass will not be redeemed for the missed appointment. If payment is not received you will not receive future services until the payment is made. We understand things do happen and emergencies take place but if you could please reach out to us so we can handle your situation

Groupon vouchers are for NEW CLIENTS ONLY and can only be used ONCE.

Wax Passes/Bundles

Wax passes/Bundles must be paid in full at the time you make your selection. Once payment is received you will receive a code that will be used to book your wax pass/bundle services and will expire after you've used your wax pass/bundle in its entirety. If you choose to cancel your pass/bundle at any time, you will be refunded for any unused portion of your wax pass/bundle in which any used portion will be deducted at full price.
